The Northview boys track and field team won a three-team meet at Greencastle on Thursday night. Huge congratulations to AUSTIN BREWER as well. He broke the school record in shot put last with a throw of 53-09.25! That record had stood for 20 years! Team scores were: Northview - 110 Greencastle - 27 West Vigo - 19 *The meet was hand-timed, so races under 400 meters had to be converted. There were also timing issues in the 4x800 and the 100/110 hurdles, so those times were not recorded The Knights got first place finishes from: Colton Bath - 100m dash (11.34) Tanner Hayes - 200m dash (23.74) & Long Jump (19-9) Zaiden Reisinger - 400m dash (54.54) Owen Frazier - 800m run (2:02.79) & 1600m run (4:39.95) Jordan Scott - 300m hurdles (43.54) 4x100 relay team - Tanner Hayes, Colton Bath, Keegan Bell, Logan Bell (44.24) 4x400 relay team - Zaiden Reisinger, William Woodruff, Peyton McCollum, Owen Frazier (3:38.27) 4x800 relay team - Daniel Russell, Will Harms, Landon Propst, Jacob Dalton High Jump - Justin Fowler (6-00) Discus - Slade Fell (136-01) Shot Put - Austin Brewer (53-09.25) **NEW SCHOOL RECORD** The Knights are back on the track on Monday in a dual meet at Terre Haute South.
